Availability
All goods offered for sale are subject to availability. Unfortunately, from time to time, we may sell out of items or be awaiting stock.
Please contact us directly for up to date information on available stock before you place your order so that we can guarantee shipment of your order placed with us (see Backorders for more information).

Payment
Please feel free to use the Shopping Basket provided. However, if you prefer to contact us directly we can accept payment by cheque (made payable to Wizards Den), Postal Orders or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard only).  If you do not like giving your credit card details, you can send this information only once, we will keep it on record and charge future orders to the same card number. The only thing we ask is you let us know when your expiry date changes.

Backorders
If, for some reason, we are unable to complete your order we will put outstanding item(s) on backorder. Items will be forwarded to you as soon as we receive further stocks from our suppliers. There will be no additional postage charges for backordered items.

Delivery Schedule
We try to despatch your order quick that you will no sooner have placed your order and it will be there with you! Standard delivery is normally within 3-5 working days. However, occassionally due to circumstances outwith our control delays do sometimes occur in our supply chain or through the mailing system. In these cases we will do everything in our power to ensure that your order is with you as soon as possible. International orders sent by Airmail should generally arrive within 14 days.

Shipping and Handling
A standard postage and packing charge of £2.50 is applied to all U.K. orders regardless of weight or value. Non U.K. orders are charged at cost. Please see Overseas ordering.

Overseas/Eire Ordering
We are delighted to despatch orders overseas, although certain items may be restricted, i.e. aerosol cans. Postage and packing depends on what you order. The standard U.K. postage of £2.50 or actual shipping costs (if more) are added to order value, so let us know what items you would like and whether to send Airmail or Surface mail, we will calculate postage costs and let you know. Please note that you will be responsible for any cutoms and duty on your order if outside the EU.

Prices
Due to fluctuations in exchange rates and cost increases from our suppliers, we reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Guarantee/Returns Policy
We offer a 100% Guarantee. In the event of faulty or damaged goods please inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order, by email or telephone and state whether a replacement, credit or refund is required. This does not affect your statutory rights. Our primary aim is to satisfy our customers.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your goods please return them to us for refund, credit or exchange, within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that the goods are returned to us complete with all relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition. Goods should be returned to us, at your cost, to the following address:

We advise you to obtain proof of postage and ensure the goods are adequately insured during the return journey as we do not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. If you have not returned the goods within 7 days we will assume you wish to keep the goods and the sale is complete.
